Higher Vocational Art School N0 5 Of Chernivtsi – The history of the institution has its origins in the school of artistic crafts no. 5, which was established in Chernivtsi in December 1944, being conditioned by the acute need of the national economy for skilled workers in order to restore the cities and villages that were destroyed by the state.
